Popis 6 Month Mechatronic s and Robotic s Engineering Intern ship ( KWSRO28 02 ) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING. They deliver diverse projects from R&D development printers for digital fabrication to wind tunnels for performance sports and reverse engineering for historic motorsport. Whilst retaining their core customer s and capabilities from motorsport, this company works in automotive, motorsport, defence, medical and high performance sport. All their projects are unique and one - off. They use composites, additive manufacturing and automation and good old fashioned engineering to provide solutions to our customers. Role This host company is looking for a mechanical design engineer intern who is a creative problem solver, keen to take this opportunity and learn as much as they can and someone who can work well in a team with people at all levels. As their business is gro wing they are keen to work with and develop future potential talent. From the start, you will have the opportunity to have an impact on the solution we offer our clients. This would suit someone who wants to be involved in the full project life cycle. Loc ation Brackley, Northamptonshire Start date Flexible Duration 6 months Languages English should be B2/C1 Tasks The range of projects you will get involved in with be diverse and yo u will be hands on from day one. A s your confidence and skills increase you will be exposed to greater responsibility with view of having a direct contact with customers.  You will be programming in the Codesys environment using IE C 61131 - 3 Programming Languages ( such as Twincat 3)  You will be working wi th the control and automations engineer to develop control applications  You will assist the project team to deliver the automation aspects of projects  You will attend internal and external project meetings  You may be given your own small projects to get yo ur teeth into (with guidance and support and when we consider you are ready) Personal Skills Essential:  Master in Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering or Master in related fields.  Knowledge of control and control engineering  A bility to use Labview would be beneficial  Some experience of and interest in programming and automation  M echanical sympathies - an appreciation of the interface between electrical control and the physical world  K nowledge of Codesys and other programming languages Personality :  Self - motivated , Well organised, flexible , r esilient  Creative problem solvers with strong lateral thinking skills  Keen interest in new technologies  Can think outside the box How to apply STEP 1) Please, register with us a t http://www.espauk.com/students/student - registration/ STEP 2) Please, log in to your account in http://www.espauk.com/students/student - application/ and then click on the button APPLY next to the vacancy name.
