JOB SUMMARY As an Associate, you will be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology. Candidates will build their project management and client management skills, and further develop their communication and presentation abilities.
REQUIREMENTS • This position is designed for students, who are searching for a summer internship before starting theirnlast year of university studies and graduating in 2023 • Business fluency in English and 1 additional language as German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch (spoken and written) • Strong eagerness to learn and effectively challenge oneself and others • Ability to collaborate with colleagues in teams of varying background and cultures • Demonstrated leadership skills • Strong problem-solving skills, quantitative and analytical ability • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms • Flexible to travel 25% of the time
