WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED STUDENT/TRAINEE
TO START CARREER IN ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IN
SHARED SERVICES CENTER (PART-TIME – 10
HOURS/WEEK)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support of end users for SAP based portal CITAX (solution used in German locations
for evidence of employee benefits in relation to German wage tax)
• Support of training of new CITAX users
• Hotline for internal users inquiries/questions related to CITAX system (GL accounts,
cost centers, etc.) and concerning SAP receipts within working hours
• Support of end user to enter inputs for employee benefits in SAP in line with company
schedule/company policy
• Collecting of users feedback for CITAX system, cooperation on optimization of CITAX
system settings according company needs
• Daily communication with internal colleagues in Germany in English/German
• Delegation of tax related questions collected by end user to tax consultant company
• Participation on another activities in Record to Report department, support of month
end closings and another interesting projects in General Ledger department
YOUR PROFILE:
• Education: High school education in Finance as advantage, Student of
bachelor/master program in accounting, finance, economics or similar areas
• Experience: Basic orientation in accounting, basic level of wage tax knowledge as
advantage
• Required Skills: MS Office package, experience with SAP or similar ERP system as
advantage
• Languages: Good knowledge of English language (min. B1 level), good knowledge
of German (min. B1 level) as big advantage, use of languages in daily communication
• Competencies: Reliable, initiative and communicative person, good in
organization/management

• Suitable for students or parents on parental leave. Full physical attendance in office
not expected (possible to perform work after onboarding training accomplished from

Contract:
• DPP/DPČ contract
• Long-term cooperation – minimally 1 year
• Start of contract in Dec 2021
