As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
·deliver premium 1st level customer support to the employees of our partner companies
·handle inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, chats
·resolve technical cases using the most modern technology and digital means
·dispatch unresolved issues to different support groups
·communicate with IT specialists on different levels and in different countries
·act as an intermediary between all stakeholders
·contribute to improvement of current procedures
·become essential part of our global multicultural team, develop relationships with other team members
