Responsibilities
Manage and develop small central Quality and Lean Six Sigma internal expert function and key part of group wide Quality Lean Sigma team
Leader of quality and continuous improvement cross all functions with main focus of functions
This involves communication, training, guiding, coaching and several other team and cooperation skills
Internal promotion of prevention and continuous improvement in all areas
Requirements
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Fluent English and Czech. Other languages an advantage.
5+ years manager experience
3+ years Quality and Lean Six Sigma experience and knowledge of key Lean Sigma and Quality tools. Lean Sigma Black Belt an advantage
Experience of development and production of medical devices an advantage as well as experience of for example QMS and EMS management standards, Medical device Directive in EU, FDA requirement, GMP etc.
